Workplace reintegration management (BEM) is an important component of health management and is available to all employees who have been unable to work for more than six weeks (42 calendar days) continuously or intermittently within a year. The goal of workplace reintegration management is to initiate preventive measures for participation in working life as early as possible, restoring, maintaining, improving, or promoting the ability to work and remain employed.

Further details are regulated in the company agreement on workplace reintegration management.

Addiction has many faces: alcohol, medication, and drugs, but also eating disorders, gambling, excessive media use, or compulsive shopping. Those who are addicted are trapped in a vicious cycle and need support. Therefore, we would like to outline the options for immediate help available to those directly affected and those indirectly impacted:
