About the event
Students and employees enrolled at German universities are eligible to participate. The Saxon championship will be judged exclusively within the framework of the Saxon students and employees. The championship is organised by the Landeskonferenz Hochschulsport Sachsen (LHS). The event is organised by the chess team of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg.

Fair play, no use of aids (sources of information, advice, engine etc.) during the tournament is a matter of course, but worth mentioning.
