Under the theme "sports, fun, exchange" the International TUBAF - Day will take place on June 15, 2023.
Together with the International University Center IUZ, the University Sports Center organizes an international day, called TUBAF International. As the name of the event suggests, this day will be dedicated to the multifaceted international character of our university.
At noon from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the International University Center will present itself in the foyer of the New Mensa. With a poster exhibition, information booths and lectures, we will provide information about our international university TUBAF and about the opportunities for studying or doing an internship abroad. As a fun activity on the side, our Indian students will present a traditional Indian game of catch - called Kho kho. Here, everyone can watch and, best of all, play along directly. The best catchers and most motivated participants will receive vouchers for the evening event.
Directly after the event, starting at 4.30 p.m., the University Sports Center will open its doors and offer a colorful bouquet of games, fun, music, good food and, of course, exercise and sports - even for the little ones.
A special action highlight of the evening is the international sports festival. Pre-registered teams of 4 will compete against each other in fun mini-challenges. There will be lots of fun, but also great prizes for the first three teams. This event is supported by the association "Freunde und Förderer der Bergakademie" VFF.
